The purpose of this 2 Session Series is to help you create a focused Wellness Vision and Long Term Goal Setting Plan.  Think of this as your Business Plan for LIFE.  Schedule your FREE coach Consult to learn more.  Prior to Session 1 your Coach will send a Wellness Vision Worksheet/ Activity to complete.  Session 1:  You and your coach will explore lessons learned, your strengths and your areas of life that need more focused attention.  Session 2:  You and your coach will co-create your long term and or short term Wellness Vision depending on your personal goals.  Walk away with a few new strategies and techniques from your Coach.

Session 1- Coach to guide client to create identify items to include in a tangible version of the wellness vision (statement, board, mantra etc.)  Client will commit to create and share at the second session. Worksheet and Activity Provided by Coach. Coach will guide client to consider and identify possible gaps between current state of wellbeing and desired vision of future wellbeing.

Session 2- With priority focus areas identified, Coach to invite client to establish long term, 3-month goals for each of the selected focus areas. Long term goals will be connected to the wellness vision and provide the basis for short term action goals set in later sessions should client decide to proceed with a coaching program- 10% discount will be applied to any future coaching program.

 

A Wellness Vision is a visual representation of the different areas of our lives, including social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, environmental, physical and nutritional and how in balance they are. Our goal is creating a balanced life.
Wellness is much more than physical health, exercise or nutrition. According to the World Health Organization good health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Good health really covers the entire body, mind and spirit being in balance.
Consider our four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. In the wellness model used by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, these four areas encircle what we have identified as the eight dimensions of wellness. Each of these eight dimensions act and interact in a way that contributes to the quality of our life so that we can better understand the overall condition of our body, mind, and spirit.
