A PANTRY MAKEOVER is the perfect way to help you get personalized information about how you can apply the simplicity of Traffic Light Eating to improve your family’s health.

During this private one-hour session, you and your Health Coach will cover the concept of TRAFFIC LIGHT EATING and how to decipher food labels, which will help you and the family easily and quickly determine the best foods to choose for you and your family. You and your Health Coach will then go through the items in your pantry, as well as fridge and freezer, filling out a Traffic Light Shopping List and going over the DIRTY DOZEN and HEALTHY SUBSTITUTIONS LIST.   Your Health Coach will wrap-up the session by going over how to complete a shopping list as well as introducing you to a Brand Recommendations handout and setting a goal.  We want you to be prepared the next time they hit the grocery store to make BETTER Choices for your family.  We will not throw out any of your existing food during this session.   Pantry Makeover Kit and Printed and e-Handouts Provided-
